1 cup Chocolate or vanilla Shakeology
1 cup all-natural peanut butter (or almond butter)
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup raw honey
Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and shakeology in a medium bowl; mix well with with a rubber spatula or by hand. Roll mixture into twenty balls, each about 1-inch in size for 24 cookies. Flatten each slightly so that it is shaped like a traditional cookie.
For donuts I used a store bought donut pan. So all I had to do was smash them in to shape them as small donuts. SO fun and SO good!
They taste like a gooey protein bar. Keep them in the refrigerator so they’ll hold tightly together. Not required though. FOUR EASY INGREDIENTS. Anyone can do this!
