This is my favorite go-to breakfast that I know is healthy, quick and scrumptious! OATMEAL

  • 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats(Yellow)
  • 1 cup of Berries (Purple)
  • 1 tsp of Pure Maple Syrup
  • Dash of Cinnamon

Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Then add rolled oats and boil for 5 minutes over medium heat.

I also boil, scrabble or how ever I feel like making it that day… 2 Eggs(Red)

Finally I steam 1 cup of Spinach (Green)

and add a dash of pink Himalayan salt.

I WOULD NOT eat and LOVE the steamed spinach if it wasn’t for the Himalayan salt. You can get that at your local famers market and some grocery stores. This completes my 21 DAY FIX breakfast for the day. Enjoy!
