Veggie Flatbread Pizza

This is super easy to make & delish! It’s a great for a quick meal for lunch or dinner.

Prep Time: 5 – 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serving: 1 to 2


  • 1 slice of Naan Flatbread (Can be found at most grocery stores in the bakery, even Target.)
  • 4 Tbs of Marinara Sauce
  • Fresh Mozzarella cheese (amount: to your liking)
  • 5 Grape Tomatoes or to your liking
  • 8-10 Fresh Spinach leaves
  • Optional mushrooms, bell peppers, and other toppings as you’d like


  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Smooth 4 Tbs of marinara sauce over your sheet of flatbread
  3. Slice or shred fresh mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce
  4. Clean if needed and add fresh spinach leaves to your pizza
  5. Slice tomatoes and add to your pizza
  6.  Add any additional toppings to your liking
  7. Place flatbread pizza right onto the oven rack or on an additional rack if you have one
  8. Leave in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese has melted
  9. Let cool for 3-5 minutes
  10. Enjoy!
